I really want a backless dress for my prom. The theme is Candyland, so I need some nice colors. I have tried looking just about everywhere and can't find a good one. I am in great need of a cute, short, backless prom dress!!!!

The dress I'm wearing for prom this year is the dress my mom wore to her college homecoming in like '76. It's a beautiful dress! But it's sort of plain, because it's so old. no sparkles on it or anything. 100% polyester--it's not even shiny 
It's like, a salmon/peach-ish color, and I want to spice it up and make it more modern, but I don't know what to do! And I'm definitely on a budget!
Also, I have blonde hair and pretty light skin, so I really don't want any gold or black with it.
Anything you think of could be a great suggestion! Thank you so much!

My prom dress looks very similar to this one

the only difference is that the zebra stripes are swirls, and there is a smaller pink band. I am at a loss for what to do with my hair, so I was hoping someone (preferably many ones) has an opinion on what I should do??
