My Prom Dress Online

I really like the way gothic dresses look but I'm having a problem finding one that would look good on me. Any dress is good as long as it suits me. I have a slim waist. I wear size 3 in pants. Okay, so I was looking through Seventeen Magazine's 2010 Prom Guide awhile ago and came across a dress that I really love and want for Prom. They show it as an example of a Prom dress that you could buy with whatever gift card they're giving away. However, they give little information on where to find the dress/what it's called. All they say is that it is from jcpenney.com and that it costs about $90. However, when going to JCPenney's site, the dress is nowhere to be found. I've looked all over the Internet but alas, no results. I've also gone to Seventeen Magazine's website and still nothing.

So I've found a dress I like on a prom dress website, but I've seen a similar dress while web surfing which has a layer of chiffon over it. It happens to be a maternity dress and not available in normal fit and doesn't have as nice a colour as the first. Could anyone help me find a dress that's a combo of the two. I'd like to keep the pink colour and cocktail length.

I live in Oahu, hawaii in the city if Waipahu!

Any ideas what i should wear for my senior prom?
My senior prom is on April 18.
I want something different than anybody else. Most likely all girls at my school will be wearing like a tube top Cinderella dresses, etc..!

-I want something that will be trendy by April
-Something that celebs would wear but Cheaper of course.

I REALLY need to keep it under 150$ but under 100$ would be preferable. It's for my junior prom. I want something completely unique and fantastically exciting. I also don't want it to look like a "prom" dress, you know?
