Where to get a custom made prom dress in Dallas, TX?

I want a dress like the one that Selena Gomez wore in Another Cinderella Story. Well, it is not really a dress. It is just a shirt with a skirt over it, but I still would like it. Does anyone know a place in the Dallas area where I could get one made for about $200?
