I would like to sell my prom dress. It's brand new and I spent $250 on it. I don't want to put it on ebay but I want to sell it to a shop.

I paid $370 between their style #3161 and alterations for my daughter's prom. Found out the afternoon of the prom that it bleeds terribly. My daughter had it on for 5 - 10 minutes and her arms and chest were covered in blue spots. The store reps put the problem off on the district mgr who couldn't be reached and then told me to call their corporate office on Monday (when it would be to late for any solution of the no wearable prom gown problem). Corporate wouldn't return my call Monday, and when I called them again Tuesday, they told me that district managers handle their own problems. The d.m. finally called me late Tuesday afternoon. She firmly stood to "our dresses don't bleed" even though I asked an address to send her pictures proving that it did indeed bleed. That company ruined what should have been a magical evening for my daughter and one in which my investment was not limited to the $370 gown. Avoid them if you are shopping for a gown, and if you have a story, share.

I hear that the Harwin district has nice things pretty cheap but there are probably alot of blocks..anybody have a specific place and address for finding beautiful prom dresses really reasonable like for $100-$200
