Custom Made prom dress?

Does anyone know of a good place that would make a custom made prom dress? I want it to be good quality and I want to copy the chanel dress mischa barton wore in the OC in 2006. I dont like how the dresses from those prom websites look so I dont want anything tacky and I would pay upt ot 400 dollars for it. I live in NYC so maybe theres a place I can go to rather than the internet,
Does the place you used have a site that I can order from to New York?
