		<description>1.  Prices vary from state to state because of taxes are different, as well as enviromental laws, etc.  Average is about $25.00, for a good, quality dry cleaner.

2.  If this is the zipper for the prom dress, it would run about $12-$20 or so, depending upon the fabric, the seamstress labor, and the quality of the zipper (plastic vs metal, etc)

3.  I don&#039;t know what to tell you about the alterations to make the dress bigger without seeing it firsthand.  If there is a decent amount of fabric on the inside of the seams, they can make it a touch bigger (maybe a 1/2 inch all the way around)</description>
